National Volunteer Week

As National Volunteer Week comes to a close, we want to take a moment to recognize and celebrate the incredible individuals who give their time and care to support our school community.

At New Liskeard Public School, we are so fortunate to have five dedicated community volunteers who support our weekly Nutrition Program. Their commitment helps ensure our students have access to healthy food, setting them up for success each and every day.

We are incredibly grateful for two amazing members of our school community.

Volunteers like Betty Ann and Kathy are the quiet champions of our school community. We rely on them, we appreciate them deeply, and we are so thankful for the time, energy, and kindness they give so selflessly.

National Volunteer Week

During National Volunteer Week, we want to recognize another group that helped create an incredible learning experience for our students.

Members of the Englehart Curling Club generously volunteered their time to introduce our Grade 9 and 10 Physical Education classes to the sport of curling.
